Dr. Kathleen (Ky) Heinlen is a licensed psychologist and licensed professional clinical counselor with supervision endorsement. You can verify these licenses online through the state of Ohio.

Qualifications:

• 20 years of clinical experience with adolescents, adults, families and couples with an emphasis on healing issues related trauma and attachment
• Specific training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and the Gottman Method of marriage counseling
• Over 12 years of experience supervising counselors seeking independent licensure
• 18 years of teaching experience in higher education both undergraduate and graduate courses.
• Currently a full time Associate Professor of Counseling at Cuyahoga Community College
